Our family has been in the commercial real estate leasing business since 1970. It was founded by Max E. Freiburg, Jr. Since that time, we have expanded throughout West Central Illinois and Northeast Missouri. We manage approximately 36 properties with over 70 tenants. Our niche is primarily focused on small free standing buildings with less than 10,000 square feet. Currently, our tenants range from office buildings to fast food. We prefer to work with franchises expanding into our area. The majority of our locations are in the high traffic areas.
